At Maltipoo Puppies, we care deeply about the health and well-being of every puppy we raise. The information below explains our health guarantee and what to do after taking your puppy home.
Guarantee Coverage
We provide a 7-day health guarantee starting from the date your puppy is placed in your home. This guarantee is designed to protect both the puppy and the new family.
- Guarantee period: 7 days from date of placement.
- Buyer must take puppy to a licensed vet within 24 hours.
- If a life-threatening condition is found during the guarantee window, contact us immediately.
What To Do After Bringing Your Puppy Home
The first 24 hours are important. Please schedule a vet visit right away so your puppy can be checked and you can ask questions.
- Vet visit within 24 hours of placement.
- Keep your puppy away from unknown dogs and high-traffic pet areas until fully vaccinated.
- Watch for warning signs: not eating, vomiting, diarrhea, or unusual tiredness.
What Is Not Covered
The health guarantee does not cover common, treatable issues that can happen in normal puppy care or exposure.
- Worms, giardia, fleas, or ticks.
- Vet bills or treatment costs after the puppy is placed in the buyer’s home.
- Buyer’s remorse, allergies, changed mind, stress, or personal circumstances.
Return & Refund Process (If Needed)
If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a life-threatening condition during the 7-day guarantee period, the buyer may return the puppy with written documentation from the veterinarian.
- Contact us immediately and provide a copy of the vet report.
- Puppy must be returned during the guarantee window.
- Refund is provided according to the guarantee terms after verification.
